Soften ~  is an organically carved ring that has the appearance of a water worn pebble.  Inspired by walks at Lemoine point climbing down along the shore with all the beautiful water worn rock's and tree's.

A helpful reminder when contraction arises to recognize through awareness " I am not this and to let go to a new response."
